I just returned from the D.C. Demonstration against ObamaCare. We lost the vote. BUT we’re gonna get that monstrosity repealed! One of my most important projects is to restore your Health-Care rights by immediately defunding the health bill.

If elected - I’m NOT going to Washington to "Fix" anything. Nope - I’m going to do my best to DISMANTLE the Federal Government interference in our State, and return our 10^th. Amendment Rights back to Florida! Then we’ll restore Christian Values to our schools and public places to safeguard those recaptured freedoms!

Let me tell you (briefly) about myself: I am a U.S. Citizen. I’ve been here in America for 35 years and I originally come from the Island of Jamaica where both my Father & Grandfather were Medical Doctors. If I remain in practice for another five years -- between us three, we'll have racked up a combined, uninterrupted 100 years of medical practice. Now, because Jamaica is south of Cuba - I couldn’t just walk over the border into America with my bag of Marijuana ... and it's too far to swim! So I had to come here legally and it took me six years to do that; including becoming a Canadian Citizen first! And when I crossed the Detroit Bridge from Canada on the Fourth of July 1975 with my medical & specialist degrees in my hand ~ I didn’t come here for a handout. I came to build my very own "American Dream!"

Now it’s time for me to "Pay-Back" for all the wonderful things that America has done for me and my family. While I worked all over this Great Land (I've been medically licensed in six states and maintain my lawyer's Bar Certification in a seventh) I've had a ton of exciting experiences and a couple of great kids born -- who turned out just wonderfully. (Maybe that had something to do with my Home-Schooling, their later Christian School attendance and the Boy Scouts!). And I want to protect their futures. I've been a Family Physician for over 30 of my 40 professional years, worked in S. Florida for 10 years and have been in the Panhandle now for the last 3½ years. I’m 66 years young, in great health and I’ve got the stamina to stay in this anti-Obama battle to the finish! Win or lose this election, I’m going to fight for The Cause of Freedom in America until my very last breath.

These are scary times. The good news is: Obama may "ONLY" be a Marxist. The bad news is he appears to be a radical extremist intent on destroying America from inside! Because that’s the only way you can explain someone imposing "TARP", "Cash-for-Clunkers", Health-Care AND "Cap in Trade" – the combination of which will result in bankrupting America. (Even China, no longer wants our debt!)

When you combine that financial devastation with the National Security impact of: coddling Islamic Terrorists, withdrawing our missile shield in Europe, nullifying our nuke superiority over Russia and sabotaging our Iranian counter-offensive by thwarting Israel; the result can only be an attempt to ensure the ultimate destruction of the America we know & Love!

Friends, we must recapture the House and Senate this fall and win back the Presidency in 2012 to turn this country around.

And you know, the problem didn’t just begin with Obama. America has been sinking on its foundations for generations! We must rebuild our "Shining Citadel of Freedom & Hope!" Our noble Founding Principles of Life, Liberty & Limited Government represent our birthright from our creator. But we have neglected to protect those precious freedoms.

While attending Law-School and studying Constitutional Law, I began to realize that our country’s not supposed to work this way. Due to a case called "Marbury vs. Madison" in 1803, the Supreme Court single-handedly grabbed co-equal power away from the other branches of Govt., to establish Judicial Supremacy; and the courts have ever since usurped the peoples’ prerogative to pass laws protecting them from things like abortion, "Gay" rights, racial quotas and a host of other perverted mandates under imaginary "Penumbras" or shadows of The Constitution which The Justices have invented. Meantime the "Commerce Clause" in The Constitution, which was designed to ensure that states didn’t block interstate trade, has been used to justify every illegitimate over-reach of federal regulatory power into our Sovereign States that you can imagine. In one Kansas case called "Wickard vs. Filburn," in 1942 the Commerce Clause was even used to control how much of his own wheat a Kansas farmer could CONSUME ~ because that was said to "Affect Interstate Commerce!" Now, this clause will be used to reach into the states again, ram ObamaCare down your throat AND force you to purchase Govt. HealthCare "or else" you’ll face fines & possible imprisonment by a new Federal IRS-Police force!

And a couple more points about our Constitutional decay: America was never designed to be "A Democracy." We are supposed to be a Republic. At the outset our Senators were appointed by the all-powerful individual states in a paradigm where the states retained a fair share of the power under the 10th. Amendment. But that was changed in 1913 (by Article XVII), the same year the income tax was instituted (Article XVI). So now you have an elected Senate that must pander to the fickle will of an electorate, many of whom lack a stake in anything except more government welfare-handouts; and an out-of-control Federal Government fattening itself through ever-increasing taxation; a National Government that determines how much of it's own money a state gets back, depending on compliance with federal mandates. Meantime, much of the tax money is squandered on pork-barrel projects like the infamous "Bridge To Nowhere". (Incredibly, even George Bush Jr. didn't seem to understand this concept of the defect in raw democracy when he legitimized "Democratic" Mob-Rule in Palestine and brought the Islamist Hamas faction to power in conflict with the more moderate Fatah branch of the P.L.O.)

Sadly, we have been asleep while these erosions of our freedoms occurred. Now we’re awake. But it’s very late for America: Already 47% of our citizens get more in handouts from the government than they return; while we work to pay the bill. Democrats contrived this permanent voting, "Welfare-Majority." But our Founders didn’t intend America to be a George-Soros-Euro/Welfare State! We were supposed to work hard for our opportunity to reach the top – the top of our very own bootstraps!

Should we help the less fortunate? ABSOLUTELY! But that’s a job for individual & private charity. The Government must not be allowed to forcibly take money from some citizens and dole it out to others ~ so as to to purchase their votes!

What do we do? Well, here’s My Platform:

1. Re-affirm our fundamental values of Life, Liberty, God in America, Limited Government, Power To The People, American Exceptionalism, Independence (including Energy Independence) & access to The American Dream.

2. Finally put a limit to the encroachment by the Federal Government on our State & individual rights by denying them the huge taxes that feed the beast. We must prevent new taxes like the impending VAT and ensure that our current revenues are not squandered on any more 'bail-outs'. We must protect our children from the destructive accumulation of massive federal debt!

3. Roll back all ObamaNation programs that seek to enlarge the Federal Govt. & implement socialist policies in American (like Health-Care) under the guise of an 'emergency-response to financial melt-down'; or 'Helping the less fortunate.' Support local business to create new, in-state, private industry jobs. Then the private economy will provide the employment we need.

4. We must Safeguard individual liberties. Our individual freedoms to choose what we want  -- in, for example health care  -- must be left free from mandated, Federal Government coercion!

5. We must re-affirm the Tenth Amendment and get the Federal Government out of our States’ affairs, while we limit the feds to a few truly national issues like foreign affairs & border security.

6. Restore Bible values and put God & Christian ethics back into our schools and public places. We must take back the high ground from the judicial Scribes & Pharisees who have litigated God out of our Nation, as we strengthen our family structure in America and save our kids from the perverted value system of the entertainment culture! Moreover, our children must be allowed a chance at life and not summarily executed in the womb: No more abortion. We must Protect Life.

7. To keep America safe we must not only take the fight to the Islamists, but we must also closely guard our own borders, repel illegal aliens, and return the parasites already here back to their own lands. WE MUST RE-AFFIRM OUR RIGHT TO PROTECT OURSELVES - TO THE FULL EXTENT OF OUR NUCLEAR CAPABILITY - FROM ANY FOREIGN POWER THAT POSES AN EXISTENTIAL THREAT TO AMERICA’S SURVIVAL.

8. We have to thwart political correctness and name radical Islam for what it is: the biggest threat to Western Civilization since the Crusades. Therefore we must stop giving Islamic terrorists the protection of our civil justice system and instead deal with them under our military rules of engagement for enemy combatants. And the president needs to tell us clearly: Is he a radical Muslim sympathizer or a loyal American Christian who will do whatever it takes to protect Our Nation?

And Finally, #9 ~ We must defend American sovereignty from encroachment by the U.N. and thwart all "One World Government" inroads into our culture; whether those be under the guise of adopting foreign court decisions into our judiciary, paying international taxes, signing harmful international treaties or allowing the world court to exercise jurisdiction within our borders, so as to take our guns away, criminalize American ethics and force us into subjugation.

Folks, it's time for America to fight back and draw our line in the sand! For me, it's not about getting elected; it is about defeating "ObamaNation."

So before I ask you to vote for me, I urge you to defend America with all your strength & resolve!

If you pick Crist or Rubio as your new Senator from Florida, you’ll get a career politician who either: Hugs Obama and panders to (Democrat) teachers by vetoing merit pay legislation (Crist); or some baby face, pretty-boy lobbyist who spends GOP money on personal expenses. (Rubio). It’s your choice. For my part, I don’t need the job. But if you do send me to Washington, D.C. you’ll be getting a physician with 40 years of experience to help fix health-care after we reverse this current Law; and someone who is also an attorney with Constitutional Law training to help reclaim the original meaning of our Constitution. Plus, as a naturalized U.S. Citizen who's been here for 35 years -- I'm going to ensure that everyone does it "my way": THAT IS, CROSSES OUR BORDER LEGALLY.

We Must put God Back in America, restore American Values, protect our nation from financial & military destruction, THROW THE DEMOCRATS OUT THIS FALL; AND DEFEAT BARAK OBAMA IN 2012! Patriotic citizens are obliged to fight for the Republic at this critical juncture. That is why I am running for the U.S. Senate from Florida in 2010.
